I would be surprised if the integra's brakes cleared a 13" wheel.  Didn't 
they come with 14" wheels stock way back then?

FWIW I've put VW wheels on a Honda, but the Honda wheels wouldn't fit over 
the
hub on the VW. So I would think they would fit.
