MORE POWER! -well....maybe? (relocating fuel press. regulator)

I remember reading a post a while ago about relocating the fuel pressure 
regulator to a cooler spot in the engine bay to gain maybe 1hp or so.  Or 
maybe it was to fabricate a bracket to keep it off the hot block.  Anyone do 
this?  That is if anyone did actually talk about doing it.
