geting rid of excess wires

I am trying to get rid of everything I dont need rally with. can anybody help 
me sort through my mess? the entire dash is out, and i need to keep the guage 
cluster and that is about it. I plan on wiring most other functions (lights, 
heater, etc..) to toggle switches. tia
