Hmm here's a brief, off the wall list of cars I've liked:

BMW 850i  Looks like a big scirocco and that engine...
Porsche 959    nuff said
BMW M1 rally car.  Could be the coolest car I ever saw.
Audi S4 is shaping up to look like a winner
Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo-2  It was definately a hoot to drive!
Mitsubishi Lancer evo-6 in that gorgous blue! turbo, 4wd, yikes!
Subaru WRX-Sti
Detomasso Pantera (spelling?)
W-1 forget who made it...
Metro 6R4    What every boy-racer wants for x-mas in the UK
Dual-engined scirocco.  Damn that green body with white wheels is UGLY!
Triumph TR-8 convertible or a Ford 5.0 powered Miata(all the rage)!
Nismo 400;  or maybe just a second gen Skyline GTR
