Dismantling a 16v - what should I get?

I know a guy who is stripping down 2 16v's

What parts should I get offa them for my 8v?  I
already got dibs on the swaybars, and a bunch of trim
pieces that I needed, so what else is worthwhile?  I
really don't want the body kit or rear wing... 

Brakes?  anything?

Hey - does anyone who has done the eurobumper
conversion, or just might have them laying around have
2 perfect bumper covers?  Or at least the front? Mine
are kinda munged up, and I'd like to replace them... I
guess color isn't all that important... spray paint is
cheap :)

Oh, and if anyone else wants parts off of them, I have
his # & e-mail addy.  He seems willing to ship if necessary.
