[TECH][Cooling system update]

Well shoot... to replace this one hose that crack, I had to remove the
battery, fan and fan shround and the radiator for good measure... and I
still don't have the hose out yet... man, what a pain in the ass. Gonna get
the radiator power flushed and gonna paint the fan shroud deal...
