1. between the oil cooler & the flange
2. between the flange & the block
3. Oil pan gasket
4. head gasket

those are the major culprits... 

I'm sure others have more suggestions...

Check the seals around the oil-cooler.  If you put in
a quart, start it up & it immediately pukes it out
onto the ground right above the oil filter, that is
your leak.  If that is it, e-mail me & I can give you
some tips....

BTW - that is what you get for talking smack about
8valves.... :)
