in maryland for your info the clear lenses are not illegal as lon as the
bulb flashes the intendd color..it does not matter the appearance as
long as it conveys the proper color..it could be heavily tinted but the
light needs to be bright enough for other motorist (behind you) will see
under the needed conditions
