l hate rear disc brakes (AAAarghhhhhhh)

SNIFF SNIFF           What the hell smells l ask myself as l tool down the 
road.   Oh it's my rear calipers again.

            l replaced my rear calipers about this time last year and the 
year before that. The reason being the parking brake knuckles wouldn't return 
when l released the parking brake. Now they are up to the same ole crap. 
What's up with these things?  l think l use my parking brake way too much 
(intended use only). l seem to only get about 25,000 miles out of these BAD 
BOYS.   Tell me if you all know of any solutions. l  really don't wanna spend 
$160 on rear brakes for three consecutive years........  TIA
