I'm in the process of doing the same thing. Don't have it on yet, but
putting the "old" and "new" side by side I see no problems. 

Something else- I replaced a freeze plug, flushed the system, and it leaks.
The plug is in as far as the others, but it leaks all around the edge. I
made sure to clean the hole well and it is the right size- any ideas? I
banged on it a little more to maybe seat it better and I guess I'll put
some sealant around it. I was hoping to get the new exhaust in by this
weekend, but I have to take care of this leak first.
