AC to non-AC revisited (sorry guys!)

ok, not to beat a dead horse (or in this case, my dead roc),
but I've gotten most of the way through the conversion, and
I've run into a problem (big suprise).

I got the 40mm water pump and the correct pulley and
slapped it on.  Strangely enough, my original alternator
pulley lines up perfectly with it!
My problem though, is that the crank pulley I got does not
work.  First, it does not even fit because the holes create
a wider diameter than will mount on the crank.  Second,
it would sit to close to the block to line up.
I can't seem to find the right pulley, so if someone has a spare
or has an exact solution, PLEASE help me out.
