[non-roc]Smog tuning with the O2 sensor.

I'm going to do a tuneup on a 5 cylinder Quantum this weekend.  I'm tuning for
smog.  I know you guys have thrown out the numbers before of what voltage you
should measure off the O2 lead.  Can someone repeat it and would it be the
same for the 5 banger?
