worth of a 78 rocco?

3spd auto, 100k, minor rust i'm told, runs, factory air, what am I 
looking at here say it's in ok condition? $500? Hopefully I'll be 
able to go look/buy it this weekend. I need a daily driver and 
something to drop a 16v in! hehehe.
