On a 16valve engine, the puking problem can be correctly cured with the swapping of
the factory splash guard, which snaps onto the oil pickup, for an improved oil
baffle, which provides a factory-approved fix, and allows you to remain "stock class
legal", if that's important to you. I did this to my roc last year, and have had NO
problems whatsoever, and it's nice to know it's under there working for me. Note:
You don't have to remove the oil pickup to snap the old one off, or snap the new one
on. $20 from Mark at AAB, or Potterman at Virtual World Parts.
