[help] 3 piece rims help!!

i cant read any responses to the Corrado list yet do i'll ask here, 
is there a general torque setting to tighten 3 piece wheel bolts?
I'm loosing air fast in my front tires and i gave them all a turn to 
two turns with a bit of effort but was afraid to crank on the bolts
for fear of stripping them, anyone have 3 piece rims? what do you 
torque them down to? this is a pain in the ass, I'm now a believer in 
1 and 2 piece rims! I'd slap my 15's on the car but their not hubbb 
cennntricccc (thats how the ride feels)
