FYI:  The book "How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive" (short title) or 
"Rabbit, U.S. Golf, Scirocco, The Complexities Thereof, How to Keep
Your Volkswagen Alive or Poor Richard's Rabbit Book, Being a Manual of
Step by Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot" (Title Page) or "Poor
Richard's Rabbit Book for Carbureted, Diesel, and Fuel Injected Rabbit,
Golf (1500-1600) and Scirocco, How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive, A
Manual of Step by Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot" (Cover) is by 
Richard Sealey. It is published by John (not Robert that's Bentley's 
first name ) Muir Publications. John Muir wrote the famous "Keeping 
your Beetle Alive for the Compleat Idiot" book which is in its third(?)
edition and still in print.
