It's possible that your valve cover is just warped. It won't matter how
much you torque down those nuts, it'll just keep on puking oil. You might
have to get yourself another valve cover... the trick is to NOT tighten it
too much. That's usually what warps the valve cover in the first place.
If it is straight, then one of those oil baffles might help, if you don't
have one already.
