You can remove non-standard items such as the radio and speakers, for
a whopping  15lb weight reduction leagally.

I dont think you can be protested for the rear parcel shelf as it is a
'loose' factory removable feature with function of cargo space.  Also,
in the name of saftey as the shelf could be a hazzard in a roll over
etc.

I could swear I read certain cosmetic features with no performance
benifit are allowed.  Like you antenae, and there is no diffence
between the tail lights with the exception of their striping.  The
euro bumpers are illegal due to the lightening effect though.
