Ewen, i've seen many cars over here with those covers, but i don't think
i've ever seen any made to fit a european license plate.  BUT, on the other
hand, there is some spray you can get, that you put on the plate, and it
suposedly makes the plate unreadlable to the camera (because of the flash).
 Anyone have any experience with this stuff??  Looks like it be harder for
the cops to tell you have it than the plastic  cover too.
