16V in San Diego area ...

Is there anyone in the sandiego/tustin area have a silver 16v ? My
girlfriend went down tehre and took a picture of one next to a red jetta
at a chevron station at night. The Rocco had a front licenplate cover
with a blue VW sign and , teardrop alloys , and tinted windows. This
match any listers descriptions ?
