[tech] OXY sensor testing

Is there any way that a guy like me with just a simple multitester can
see whether the OXY sensor is working at all? Not necessarily working
correctly, just working at all. How does it work? What, exactly, is it
supposed to do (as in, vary the resistance between itself and ground or
what?)
