All I can tell you dude is to pick up a copy of "Sport Compact Car", and
or a copy of "Turbo mag".
There are Hondas that run in the 12's and are street legal, live right
next door to me. Turbo applications of course, but this is whats going
on. This is like the 90's version of the 50's! Its the muscle car scene
but with imports.
Now, there arent too many VW's that are that fact. Why? I dunno, might be
the engineering involved. Might be that nobody has seriously built a car
before. Most all of the older VW's are low budget projects to begin with.
Only the newer A3's get the full cash treatments.
