Doors and
1) Assuming the front end of the door lines up with the fender properly,
and assuming it's sag at the door bolt (rear of door), do what body shops
do - put a jack under the door (with the door open), jack it up until it
closes properly.
This is a delicate operation (which I have done many times), proceed with
extreme caution (a little bend goes a long way).
2) Unless you are taking it to redline in 1st and dumping it into fifth,
or redlining in 4th and downshifting to 2nd, this will not hurt your car.
Common sense does apply here. this begs a quesion - why would you want to
do this?

I heard that this thread was happening just before I joined, can we
visit it again? just something minor lilke adjusting the bottom door
hing on the drivers side door so it'll close easily and properly. I've
already tefloned it, do I need new pins?
second, I have a friend who is learning how to drive a clutch-- late
bloomer--, he's wanting to know some background information.
Specifically, what we've all heard before, that it hurts the car to skip
gears either down or up shifting. I told him that I couldn't possibly
see how, unless he wasn't working the clutch right i.e. all the way.
If we can't get this resolved no biggie, it's only an Integra
