okay- it died HELP

the scirocco refuses to run any longer. it will run badly for maybe 2 sec. and
that is all. it is back firing through the intake . I unplugged the cold start
valve to keep it from flooding and played with the timing all to no avail

it was running better than it ever has before and then it just died. I am at
my wits end.
