In a recent European car issue they showed sucurity devices, one 
of themwas a club, except it had a huge amount of electricity 
flowing through it so when the alarm went off after a certain amount 
of time it was quite dangerous to be even withing a few inches of 
the steering wheel, now that's a nice idea for payback, and you 
don't have to try to figure out how to get blood stains out of the 
carpet  :)
