something is wrong

well thanks to my wonderful dealership, i got a new gastank for free.....but
there's something up with the car and i have noo idea what it is and i can
only assume it came from the dealer. here's the problem. when i get above 3500
rpm the engin starts missing really bad, like it's starving for fuel. i
checked the relay and then changed it out just in case. then i assumed it was
air in the lines. but i primed the fuel pump and tried to get it out to no
avail (all the air should be out by now anyways, it was replaced 4 days ago).
oh yeah sometime when this happens it won't start again till about 30-40
miniutes after i turned it off, kinda like it is flooded. TIA!
