Removing my Bumpers?

Hey there,

I want to take off my bumpers so I can paint
them and make them smaller, but I don't know 
how to. My front one, the clips are busted so
it just slides off no problem, I was looking at
the rear and don't know where the clips are...
Can someone give me some assistance?
