while we're on the subjected of frozen e-brakes, mine has been acting a bit
odd lately(a couple of months).  about 4 months ago, i noticed that the
e-brake handle wasn't going down all the way, sometimes, it felt like there
was a spring causing it to pop up ever-so-slightly to the point where the
brake idiot light comes on.  i noticed that one of the cables was out of
place (not in the groove directly below the handle).  after i fixed that it
helped a bit, but the handle still springs back a little, and one cable
sticks out much more than the other.  do i have a case of a frozen caliper
on one side of the car?  or is my brake cable caught somewhere else down
the line?  tia.
