    Put relays on them.  I wouldnt be suprised if you lose 1 volt or more
through the stock wiring.  As for as what you consider Euro spec lighting, 
I dunno, but the H4s could do you well.  Keep the inner sealed beam, just
go for the higher watter H4 on lows and you will be impressed.
