All you need to do is pull them straight out.  They can be stubborn.  I use
either/both a BIG screwdriver and a seal puller.  Or, if you want to spend
money on stuff that you'll ONLY use for this, there are injector pullers
available.  I'm thinking about making one.  There's a picture of one in one of
my bently manuals... but I forget which one.  HTH
