Putting some of that gas preservitive in the tank and running it into the fuel
lines, etc would seem key.

Also I understand you want to store the car on jack stands, not so the wheels
are off the ground, but so that the whole wieght of the car is not on the
tires, suspension.

I'd disconnect the battery too.
