adjustable cam sprocket

Hey all,

does anybody out there have practical experience
with these?  I'm looking at a 4 into 1 header with
a g-grind (right, Frank?) into 2.0 or 2.25" exhaust.
Will they compensate enough for the slight loss
in low end with the cam and header?

Any downsides?
