West Coast Metric lists a VW patch in their catalog for $2.00. (page 160,
item C. PN 113--0005. 1-800-247-3202) 
They also have a web site. I dont know the address. sorry.

Other than having somebody embroider one for you, I dont think you will
find a 14" size VW patch! (GL!)
What about silkscreening it on? I could have it done for you. If your
