I sent a mesasage to  Passport online asking why the pages are 
missing, if it's because of deliquient payments, i would suggest 
passing the hat around to keep the page up at least long enought
for someone like me to copy ALL the site and relocate it to where
it can be managed and when joe gets back into the swing of things 
take it back over again. I should have an answer from them hopefully 
soon.
