Neuspeed and H&R were never the same company, but Neuspeed used to have
their springs made for them by H & R.  They use some other mystery
company now, who  no one seems to be willing to say.  H & R does have an
office here in the US now, headed by Roland, who used to be Neuspeed's H
& R connection.  They are based out of Oregon.
