[legal] Scirocco Copyright....?

Although VW did make a issue years back which spawned the V-Dub
designation.  And about a year ago VWoA put something out condemming
and forbidding the use of the VW logo or the old stlye VW font, or old
VW service signs on business cards, business fronts, or VW in the
Business name.  I see the logic behind it.  The VW symbol should only
be used by VW Authorized service centers.  If Joe Blow is a half ass
mechanic who desides to open a VW repair shop and include the VW logo
or signage and is a complet F%^& up, the idea is he is giving VW's
image a negative connotation.

An example is technically the Potterman could not place the VW emblem
on his business cards for Virtual World Parts.  Or had named his
company "Virtual World Volkswagen (VW) Parts"

VWoA I belive made "Parts Place" change their name to "Parts Place" 
They first started doing business as "Recycled Volkswagens" or
"Recycled Bugs".  Bugs is a trademark evidently and it was a related
business.  So you could not open a company called "Recycled
Scirocco's" and sell VW Scirocco parts.
