RE: Jetta GT Vs GLX ?

It's been about two years since I've driven either one of these cars 
(actually it was the GLS and GLX), but I do remember a very distinct 
difference in the ride characteristics (regardless of the power plant).  I 
know that the GLX has better rims, tires and beefier sway bars.  Other than 
that I guess all you get is the roof mounted antenna, possible tinted 
windows, leather, smoked lenses, fog lights and some other odds and ends. 
 I'm not sure the extra 10k is justifiable, but I would not purchase the 
GLS (GT???) due to the ride I experienced.  This is not that the ride was 
bad, just not what I want for the kind of money that VW was asking.
