Yeah, but you'd need a pretty big oven to hang a wheel in it!
Try local manufacturing companies...

Actually, If I was to do it again, Id paint the wheels.... that way if 
they get crappy looking, I could sandblast them and paint them again.
My wheels have a few chips on them and they havn't been on the car yet!
