Re: Tie rod boot
Disconnect the inboard side of that boot to see how the inner tie rod end
connects the the steering rack. You'll need a couple of large open end wrenches
and some fancy maneuvering to get the inner tie rod off. AFAIK, you need to take
it off the replace that boot. Try to put it back on in the same position as you
took it off (don't move the locknut much), so that you don't have to redo your
toe adjustment..
