Aah, but it all depends on that 1st number. The 'profile' is a ratio of the
hight of the tire vs the width of the tire. 

205/60/14 = 205 width, 205 x 60% sidewall hight, on a 14"  rim.

So, as you can see it might be 60, it might be 65. Depends.
