Fortunately here in Oklahoma, most inspectors could care less if "for off
road use only" equipment such as lights, etc.are used. The emissions equip.
has to "appear" intact. Basically a visual check only, no "sniff", no check
on the lights except to see that they all function. Inspect. fee is $5/yr.
