Major Misfire

Okay guys, sorry for bringing up my Jetta again, but
the putter problem just turned into a major misfire
(ie. only 3 cyl. running).  The head gasket was recently
replaced, and the guy who did it, messed up the injector 
insters (isolators, bakolite (?) things). I am thinking
thats what the problem is, casue when I floor it, the
missing cylinder comes back.
