Here is what worked for me. My teardrops, now winter wheels, where
shot. I bought new center caps first. Then steel wooled the hell out of
the rest of the wheels. Painted the inside of the teardrop Tornado
red(what a bitch taping those holes up!) Then laid down some serious
clear coat. They looked better than new! The teardrops came out awesome!
