Bounce the four corners of the car. The fender should go down when you push on
it, then back up and stay there. No bouncing. If it goes down... up, down,
slowly back up, then you have a slightly blown strut insert. If it goes down...
up, down, up, down... etc, then you have a VERY blown strut insert. Check all
four corners of the car... all should be the same (except that in the rear you
have shocks, not strut inserts, just for accuracy).
