Re: 1.8 liter injection to a 2.0 liter head?
Sounds like a pretty good deal. You should be able to
just do a straight swap. Put the intake manifold from
your 1.8 (with the Throttle body on the right) on the 2.0
and everything else should plug right up (I think, never
did it myself). As for the differenc with the heads,
the 2.0 flows better on the exhaust side, and the 1.8
flows better on the intake. I also remember hearing
something about the 2.0 head reacting better to a
port & polish than the 1.8 head. But the stock 1.8 head
flows a "little " better then the stock 2.0 head.
