Why don't you just find a used 2.0L 16v short block?  They seem to go for
about $4-600 in the states, going by what i've seen.  I wouldn' waste your
money on that autotech enless you enjoy throwing your money away.  For that
much money you could have a kick ass 2.0L (used) with some good mods. 
Anyway, thats what i'm doing, and thats what most people do when looking to
up the 1.8 to a 2L.
