RE: Byrne Motorsports

I'm still new to the list, and I too like the lack of advertising. I want info on my car. Just like Potterman, one's reputation will build by word of mouth. You just got spanked, no scars.
I have enough emails to flip thru. Mostly good stuff. I've been so busy traveling that I'm trying to make time for the headlight relays, auxillary lights, short shift tranny, motor mount replacement, etc, etc that was discused here.

I have nothing against anyone trying to make a living. I've been on this list
for 2 years and I enjoy all the conversation, Scirocco related or not. What I
also like is the lack of people advertising their businesses. I have bought
items from list members, some having VW related businesses and others that do
not. The people with the businesses don't blatantly advertise and I
appreciate that. I do try to go to everyones website/page if they have it in
their signature, business or not, after all that's why we do it.. I always
like to see what other enthusiast are doing. I guess when someone starts
advertising their business is when that torqued me the wrong way. I have
nothing against Byrne Motorsports and would love to see the competition and
expertise between the businesses, but the rules are one of the reasons I like
this list so much. I would love to see a catalog or website from Byrne
Motorsports. Maybe I reacted too harshly.

Goodbye.
