[tech] [cylinder head] [HELICOIL]

help!

two of the exhaust stud holes on this 1.8 cylinder head that I'm playing
with are stripped.

I understand that the 8mm helicoil is the way to go (1.25 pitch ???)

The local shops want to sell me a "kit" for about $35 . . . 

ANYONE know if there's a plave where I can just get two of the Helicoils
?

OR must I buy this kit?
