Not to make you guys sick, but.. I pay about $1200/year for FULL coverage
on BOTH the VR6 and my 'rocco.  I was just going to carry liability on
the 'rocco but by designating it as my primary car and the GTI as my
"pleasure"
car, I brought full coverage on the GTI down to about $600.. I basically pay
the same amount for each car now.  Full coverage on the GTI alone was about 
$950.  This is with State Farm in Orange County, CA.  Having been insured 
with them for about 16 years now and having a clean record nets me an "A++"
rating, which saves me megabucks.  Plus I passed age 25 a long time ago...
