Oh I very much know who to blame for my premiums.  I blame all of the
moron parents who buy their stupid kids nice cars and don't take the
time to teach 'em how to drive it.

Give most kids something nice and they wont respect it.  But if they had
to restore it themselves maybe, just maybe, or maybe working for it. 
Even changing your own oil builds alot of character and respect.  Maybe
some of those rice-rocket punks with all of the dents in their fenders
should try it sometime.
